June Meal Plan: Week 1
Welcome to all of our new members this week! I share the weekly meal plans on the Friday before the week they are intended for so you can plan and shop over the weekend.
I am starting to think of more easy summer meals in this meal plan and going forward in the month. (I am definitely going to be working on more no-cook meals for the future, too!)
NOTE: A meal plan for me is simply a way to make food and feeding a little easier, and having a rough plan for meals is one thing I rely on. And while I often change my mind or make adjustments when schedules go haywire or we wind up having leftovers, picking a handful of meals to make each week definitely simplifies my life as a mom.

This meal plan includes ideas for every meal of the day, including produce-packed muffins, easy lunches, and refreshing desserts, but you can always remove or skip the ones you don’t want to make. So adjust it as you like! (And know I expect that most of you will.)
