Use this easy method to make fresh, delicious Strawberry Juice in just 5 minutes without a juicer. The juice has simple ingredients, vitamin C, fiber, and yummy flavor—and stores really well.

Making strawberry juice at home is quick and easy, and delivers a really flavorful juice that’s rich in nutrients. It’s one of the easier fresh juices to make without a juice machine and can be easily stored for future days.

This is a thicker juice and is similar in flavor to a fresh Strawberry Puree. This fresh strawberry juice is delicious on its own, or we adults can use it as a component in mixed drinks or to flavor sparkling water. This is a great drink for kids and is also a wonderfully yummy hydrating food.

This is a great use of ripe strawberries and is so quick and easy to make. It’s one of our favorite strawberry recipes. (Learn how to store strawberries so they stay fresh!)

    Ingredients You Need

To make this easy strawberry juice, you’ll need to have the following ingredients on hand and ready to go.

Ingredients for strawberry juice on countertop
    • Strawberries: I usually make this with fresh berries, but you can also use thawed frozen strawberries. I remove the green stems before adding the berries to the blender.
    • Lime or lemon: A little fresh lime juice or lemon juice brightens the flavor of the juice. You can use lemon if you prefer.
    • Honey or maple syrup: You can taste your blended juice and adjust the sweetness with an optional sweetner. It may depend on the berries you have and your preference.

    Step-by-Step Instructions

    How to Store

Store the fresh fruit juice in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Or, freeze in ice cube trays overnight and transfer to storage bags for up to 6 months. Add cubes to water for flavor or thaw cubes overnight in the fridge to serve as juice.

    Best Tips for Success

    • Use cold berries to make a cold strawberry juice.
    • Sweeten to taste with honey (for kids over age 1) or maple syrup. You can also use agave.
    • Try lemon instead of lime to perk up the pure strawberry juice flavor.
    • You can strain the juice through a cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer if you’d like it to be smoother, with less pulp or seeds.
    • Store leftovers in an ice cube tray in the freezer and add a cube to sparkling water for your own drinks.
    • Add a few ice cubes to the blender to make this a Fruit Slushie.
    • Try an easy variation by doing half strawberries and half mango, half strawberries and half pineapple, or half strawberries and half watermelon to make strawberry watermelon juice.
    • Freeze it into ice pop sleeves to turn the Strawberry Juice into an all-fruit Ice Pop.
