Professional Development
During our Professional Development (PD) week, our teachers engaged in various enriching sessions designed to prepare them for the upcoming school year.
The week started with an in-depth behavior management workshop, where teachers learned proactive strategies and effective ways to set clear classroom expectations. This was followed by training on the Creative Curriculum, allowing educators to dive deeper into planning engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for their students. Alongside these sessions, teachers were hands-on with classroom setup, arranging learning environments that are both welcoming and stimulating.
This comprehensive PD week strengthened their skills and fostered a sense of community and collaboration among the team.
