July Meal Plan: Week 5
I have been using the YTF meal plans to make sure I have what I need on hand for the coming week—I make a quick shopping list and check things off! And it has been helping my brain get organized, especially with somewhat chaotic summer schedules.
I included recipes for every meal of the day in this plan, including Broccoli Muffins, Watermelon Popsicles, and easy sides—but you can remove anything you don’t want or just narrow it down so you have a few things ready to go. Totally up to you!
