This YTF Community meal plan is a perk of being a member, in addition to weekly bonus posts with realistic feeding advice and extra recipes. (Don’t miss my latest post, How to Meal Plan Without Losing Your Mind.) This one covers the third week of January with toddler-friendly recipes the whole family can enjoy. They are yummy, nutritious, yet also simple to make!
Plus, you can customize the meal plan to suit your own needs. Highlights include easy make-ahead breakfasts of Spinach Eggs and Blended Overnight Oats, plus meatballs (with extra veggies), an easy sheet pan meal, and yummy snacks.
I use these plans as a place to start my planning and I simply edit the recipes as works best for me for the week. I assume most families will use them in a similar way, too. Which means I often remove a few recipes to make room in my own schedule for leftovers or takeout and change the servings on each individual recipe as needed.
