This YTF Community meal plan is a perk of being a member, in addition to weekly bonus posts with realistic feeding advice and extra recipes. This one covers the second week of January with toddler-friendly recipes the whole family can enjoy. They are yummy, nutritious, yet also simple to make!
Plus, you can customize the meal plan to suit your own needs. Highlights include a quick Spinach Pasta Sauce, easy Blueberry Smoothies, a No-Bake Chocolate Bite, and tacos that work for the whole family.
I use these plans as a place to start my planning and I simply edit the recipes as works best for me for the week. I assume most families will use them in a similar way, too. Which means I often remove a few recipes to make room in my own schedule for leftovers or takeout and change the servings on each individual recipe as needed.
