Take some of the work off of your plate this week with easy ideas for your family for each meal of the day in the latest YTF Meal Plan. This one includes easy meals for the days around the holidays, and easy holiday meals.
This YTF Community meal plan is a perk of being a member, in addition to weekly bonus posts with realistic feeding advice and extra recipes. This one covers the first week of the new year (and some of the previous due to the way the calendar falls) and is filled with veggie-forward, yet simple recipes.
Each recipe is meant to be shared by the entire family though you can customize the meal plan to suit your own needs. Highlights include a quick Alphabet Soup, easy Protein Shakes, my all-time favorite Lentil Soup, and a favorite New Year’s dessert to share.
I use these plans as a place to start my planning and I simply edit the recipes as works best for me for the week. I assume most families will use them in a similar way, too. Which means I often remove a few recipes to make room in my own schedule for leftovers or takeout and change the servings on each individual recipe as needed.

And for those weeks when I want to build my own plan from scratch? I use the custom meal plan function too! Comment with any questions of course!
