    I love having a stable of easy snacks that I can make in minutes without turning on the oven, and this collection of no bake snacks includes many of our favorites. There are no-bake granola bars, no-bake energy bites, bites that taste like cookie dough, and even no-bake cookies.

    Many of these recipes are made without added sugars and each includes a nice mix of nutrients to ensure that the kids snack is filling and energizing.

    These are one of my most satisfying no bake bars for every age—we have taken them on so many family hiking trips. They hold up well, are super delicious, and have a balanced mix of ingredients.

    With about 10 minutes of prep time, you can make the most delicious homemade granola bars to last for many snack times to come. These bars are easiest to slice after chilling a bit, so plan to let them firm up in the fridge before you cut them.

    • Pair a snack with fruit, milk, water, Greek yogurt, sliced bananas, sliced apples, or other fresh fruit—or serve on its own.
    • Ingredients to keep on hand for no-bake snacks include oats (gluten-free if needed), shredded unsweetened coconut, chocolate chips, nuts like cashews or almonds, nut butter such as almond butter or peanut butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and honey.
