Pancakes are one of my favorite baby-led weaning foods since they are easy for baby to pick up and eat, and they are generally easy to pack with a lot of nutritious ingredients. To make it easier for you to know which ones are best for baby in terms of texture and nutrition, the recipes here are vetted to be best for baby.
Each of these is made with whole grains, fruits, veggies, and protein-rich foods, and/or contain beneficial fats. They all are soft enough for a baby to easily enjoy, either as a baby breakfast idea or diced up into small pieces as an early baby finger food.
