    Peach Popsicles

Bursting with fresh fruit flavor, these easy Peach Popsicles are a total hit with the kids. They are easy to make with fresh or frozen fruit—or you can use canned fruit if needed, too—and are a perfect way to cool off, hydrate, and snack on vitamin-rich fruit.

We love having popsicles on hand to change up how we eat produce and I often use them as a way to prevent food waste. (I simply stash sliced leftover fruit in a freezer bag until I have enough to make a batch of fruit popsicles!)

You can make these popsicles all year round using frozen peaches as shown here, though they are particularly amazing and flavorful with fresh ripe peaches when they’re in season.

    Ingredients You Need

Here’s a look at the ingredients you need to have on hand to make this easy popsicle recipe.

    • Sliced peaches: You can use fresh peaches or thawed from frozen peaches. You can also make these with canned peaches if that’s an easier option for you, simply drain off the liquid from the fruit before you start.
    • Apple juice: Depending on the juiciness of the fruit, it’s usually easiest to blend them by adding a little liquid. I like to use apple juice since it has a neutral flavor that lets the fresh peach flavor shine through. You can also make them slightly creamy by using full fat coconut milk, solids only, or plain whole milk Greek yogurt.
    • Honey (or maple syrup; optional): The sweetness of peaches can vary a lot, so taste the blended mixture and add a little sweetener as needed and if necessary.

    Step-by-Step Instructions

Below is an overview of how to make these fruit popsicles. Scroll down to the end of the post for the full information on amounts and timing.

    1. Add the ingredients to a blender. Blend until the mixture is a very smooth texture. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
    2. Pour into ice pop sleeves or popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
    3. Serve cold.
    4. (To make without a blender, add ingredients to a wide bowl and mash coarsely with a potato masher.)

    Frequently Asked Questions

How do you make popsicles creamy not icy?

You can easily make any fruit popsicle creamy by adding full-fat canned coconut milk or plain Greek yogurt to the blender with the fruit.

How to make a real fruit popsicle?

These peach popsicles are a delicious fruit popsicle that is made simply by blending fresh or frozen fruit into a puree, then freezing it into popsicle molds.

How to make fruit popsicles without molds?

You can use mini bathroom paper cups and popsicle sticks if you don’t have a reusable popsicle mold.

    How to Store

Once fully frozen, keep in the freezer for up to 6 months. If you freeze in popsicle molds without a plastic cover, you can transfer to a freezer bag once fully frozen to keep them fresher.

    Favorite Popsicle Molds

We love the popsicle molds from Zoku and Tovolo since they are easy to clean, use, and release from the mold. You can find my full guide to popsicle molds for more information on the best options for your family.
