Since we had a burst of warmer weather this week, in addition to snow, this meal plan is sort of a mix of cozy and fresh recipes. Highlights include Butternut Squash Apple Soup, Strawberry Pancakes (perfect for Valentine’s Day next week!), easy burritos (that are perfect to prep ahead for easy lunches) and more.
I use these plans as a place to start my planning and I simply edit the recipes as works best for me for the week. I assume most families will use them in a similar way, too. Which means I often remove a few recipes to make room in my own schedule for leftovers or takeout and change the servings on each individual recipe as needed.
Plus: You can now even pull your shopping list into your favorite grocery store delivery app through Instacart, which makes things even easier!
