July Meal Plan: Week 2
I am so excited to share this week’s meal plan since it has a few of my favorite new recipes on it—including my turkey meatballs with zucchini (shown above) which really are the best turkey meatballs. And also Cheesecake Ice Cream, easy Broccoli Pesto, and Sheet Pan meals for ease.

NOTE: A meal plan for me is simply a way to make food and feeding a little easier, and having a rough plan for meals is one thing I rely on. And while I often change my mind or make adjustments when schedules go haywire or we wind up having leftovers, picking a handful of meals to make each week definitely simplifies my life as a mom.
This meal plan includes ideas for every meal of the day, but you can always remove or skip the ones you don’t want to make. So adjust it as you like! (And know I expect that most of you will.)
